Just a perfect match for a momentary pause in Cala Llonga with reasonable value. The staff were some of the most helpful we have seen for a long time. Take a walk to the nearby beach for some warmth and relaxation.

I had a good stay at Palladium, enjoying the fine views and very nice staff. Despite minor noise issues, the excellent dining options and clean facilities made my experience nice. Being able to relax by the pool added to the overall charm of my visit.

our stay at palladium was fantastic! the beautiful views from our deluxe double room with sea view were breathtaking. we enjoyed the chill out area with large balinese beds and access to the freshwater pool and outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the cove. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the sunset from the balcony was pure bliss. The attentive staff and heavenly food made the stay memorable.

However, the late-night noise from nearby guests disturbed our sleep occasionally. An offer for a quieter room could have made the experience perfect.

Meal times are limited to two-hour windows, resulting in guests feeling forced to go off-property for food, especially given the poor quality of the all-inclusive options. Additionally, there are issues with room assignments. some guests received different room types than what they booked, leading to disappointment. The hot tubs often aren't functional or well-maintained, which can detract from the overall experience. Lastly, the lengthy wait for shuttle services due to miscommunication reflected poorly on the hotel's organization.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the lovely sea view from the Deluxe Double Room. The staff was attentive, and the food options were plentiful, making our family meals delightful.

In my wife’s opinion, more activities for kids would be great.

The drinks were high quality, including brand names, which made our all-inclusive experience enjoyable. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist. Views from our sea view room were stunning. Room was clean, with daily replenishment of toiletries. The entertainment however was a letdown. It was uninspiring and lasted just an hour most nights. The seating set up for shows wasn’t great. We had trouble seeing the performers because of the room layout. The gym was in bad shape, with equipment out of order and lacking maintenance. The corridors felt dated too, which didn’t match the hotel's otherwise nice experience.
